The Federation of Hospitality and Tourism of Rajasthan (FHTR) recently hosted a thought-inducing colloquium titled “Rajasthan Revealed through Women’s Perspective” at Hotel Hilton, Jaipur. This insightful event, held on March 1st, 2024, brought together a diverse group of women leaders to share their unique perspectives on various aspects of Rajasthan, from hospitality and art to mental well-being and professional challenges.

Ms. Radhika Pachar’s unique perspective on themed hotels and their connection to world civilisations showcased the “Pachar” collection and embodied the spirit of “Nari Ratnam Sam Ratnam” (meaning “a woman is a gem herself”).
Ms. Ana Khan’s emphasis on the importance of mental health for all offers valuable insights into identifying signs of depression and loneliness and highlighting the role of self-awareness and genetic predisposition in mental well-being.
CA Chitrangada Shekhawat’s shed light on gender inequalities in professional environments, emphasizing the low percentage of females in corporate and government sectors, and advocating for creating a more equitable and inclusive workspace.
