– The Rajasthan Domestic Travel Mart (RDTM) will be held in Jaipur from 17 to 19 September

– The first Marwar Travel Mart (MTM) will be held in Jodhpur from 20 to 22 September

A ROADSHOW ORGANISED IN BIKANER TO PROMOTE RDTM AND MTM

Jaipur, 8 August: A successful roadshow was organised at Narendra Bhawan in Bikaner to promote the upcoming 6th edition of the Rajasthan Domestic Travel Mart (RDTM) in Jaipur and the 1st edition of the Marwar Travel Mart (MTM) in Jodhpur. District Collector and District Magistrate, Bikaner, Dr. Nishant Jain (IAS), attended the event as Chief Guest, while Deputy Director, Rajasthan Tourism, Bikaner, Krishna Kumar, was present as Guest of Honour.

More than 100 stakeholders from the tourism industry participated in the programme. Discussions were held on the vast tourism potential of Rajasthan, with a special focus on establishing Bikaner as a key tourist destination and attracting a larger number of domestic tourists. Deliberations also highlighted the effective use of RDTM and MTM as strong platforms for marketing tourism in the state as well as in Bikaner.

On the occasion, Former President, FHTR, Kuldeep Singh Chandela; President, FHTR, Surendra S. Shahpura; Senior Vice President, FHTR, Rajendra Singh Pachar; General Manager, Narendra Bhawan, Suresh Kumar S.; Vice President, FHTR, Gyan Prakash; President, RATO and Vice President, FHTR, Mahendra Singh Rathore; Treasurer, FHTR, Rajendra Singh Jodha; and Secretary General, FHTR, Tarun Bansal were present.

This year’s theme for RDTM and MTM is ‘Stories, Journeys, Smiles’. The events are being organised by the Federation of Hospitality and Tourism of Rajasthan (FHTR) in collaboration with the Department of Tourism, Government of Rajasthan.

It is to be noted, the 6th edition of the Rajasthan Domestic Travel Mart (RDTM) will be held in Jaipur from 17 to 19 September 2026. The event will witness participation from around 300 travel agents from across the country, along with over 700 properties and tour companies from Rajasthan. In addition, the first Marwar Travel Mart (MTM) will be organised in Jodhpur from 20 to 22 September 2026. This event will see participation from approximately 125 travel agents from across India, along with around 300 properties.
